SHIPPING

We ship to Canada and United States. We do not ship internationally.

We ship with Canada Post. Our ordering process is integrated with Canada Post to provide our customers with actual shipping cost quotes from Canada Post.

In the event of technical difficulty, a shipping quote can be obtained by emailing customercare@blueblankie.com with your postal code.

Orders over $75.00 with the delivery address within Canada will be shipped free via Canada Post Expedited service.

Shipping times will vary, and we are located in Ontario. Addresses in Ontario can expect delivery 3 to 5 business days after order is shipped. Other regions can expect delivery 5 to 7 business days after order is shipped. Shipping time is beyond our control and is not guaranteed.

Please contact us promptly if your package may have been lost in transit or arrives damaged. All packages are insured and trackable through Canada Post.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment for orders. International customers may pay with Paypal. Contact customerservice@blueblankie.com to arrange for Paypal invoicing of your order.
We also accept money orders. If you are paying by money order or Paypal the order will be shipped when your payment is received and cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise on defective items, incorrect sizes, if you are not fully satisfied, or if you were shipped the wrong item. All sales become final after 30 days. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Gift wrap is not returnable. We do not accept C.O.D's.We reserve the right to refuse returns after the 30 day period.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at our expense. Please return the item to us in it's original packaging, along with the following information:

Request for refund or exchange

Please allow us two weeks to process the refund and two to three weeks to process an exchange.

With pedal cars a manufacturer's warranty may apply for 90 days. Where this applies please follow instructions found on the manufacturer's warranty card found in your item's packaging.

TAXES

We are required to collect a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% on all sales shipped within Canada. Shipments to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
We are located in Ontario and are required to collect a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 8% on all orders shipped to Ontario addresses.
Children's apparel is PST exempt.

F.A.Q's

1. When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is in stock and is assembled for shipping.

2. How do I know my order has been received?

Immediately after you submit your order and it is successfully processed, you will see a thank you message on your order page, along with your order number. Please take note of your order number for further reference.

3. How do I know if an item is in stock?

We make every effort to ensure appropriate inventory levels. You will see a notation "Usually ships in x days" in each product description. In-stock items will ship in 1 to 3 days. Out of stock items will show the approximate number of days until it will be available for shipping. If you are paying by money order or Paypal the order will be shipped when your payment is received and cleared. If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will email you to confirm that you still want to receive the shipment.

4. Do you ship to international addresses?

At this time we ship only to Canada and the United States. Shipments to the USA can be delayed due to customs regulations. Customs fees, taxes and duties which may be charged to orders shipped to the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Can I send gifts to multiple "ship to" addresses?

We can only accommodate one "ship to" address per order. To send gifts to multiple addresses you will need to complete each order separately.

6. Do you gift wrap orders?

Yes, we offer gift wrap for $0.99 per item. You will see this option in your shopping cart as "Add Gift Wrap". Please note that gift wrap is not returnable.

7. Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates, also called gift cards. Click on the Buy Gift Card link. There is no expiry date in accordance with Ontario provincial law.

8. What is the delivery status of my order?

If your order has not arrived by the delivery date estimated when placing your order please contact us by email at customerservice@blueblankie.com and we will provide you with the Canada Post item number. You can track your package online at Canada Post at http://www.canadapost.ca

9. Do you have a printed catalog?

No, we are only available online.

10. How do I contact your buyers?

To submit a product for our buyer's consideration, please email details to products@blueblankie.com

11. Do you sell wholesale or offer designers discounts?

No, we are retail only and do not sell wholesale, offer bulk discounts, or designer discounts.

12. Do you have more items in stock than I see on the website?

Sometimes we may have just received new stock and have not updated the website with the new items. Email info@blueblankie.com if there is a specific product you are looking for.

13. Did my order get through?

If you have experienced technical problems when submitting your order and would like to know if it was received, please email customerservice@blueblankie.com regarding your order status.

14. I would like to offer my professional services to your company. How do I contact you?

16. How do I wash/care for the item I ordered?

Please follow fabric care instructions found on the fabric care label on your item. Many soft toys we carry are machine washable as well. Please look for fabric care instructions in the product description information on our site.
